The easiest and fastest way to get your changes live is to submit them through our request form found in the Sites tab of your NiceJob account.
Your request goes directly to our talented developer team for review! 🌟 All you need to provide is:
Contact Info: Your Name, Email, Company Name, and Website URL.
Requested Changes: Detail what you'd like updated. (💡 Pro tip: Bullet points work best!)
Files & Media: Upload any photos, documents, or assets needed for the edits.
Pro tip: if you are looking to have a code added to your website please do not send us a screen shot of it and copy and paste the code directly. This makes is much easier for the team to read the request.

Can I add a video to my website?
Yes! NiceJob doesn't host video files directly on its platform to ensure your website remains fast, responsive, and quick to load. However, embedding videos is very straightforward:
Upload to a Video Platform: First, upload your video to a streaming service such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook. 🎥
Note: Automatic video playback is disabled to avoid surprising site visitors and to keep page load times fast.
How do I add a photos to my Gallery?
You can as many photos as you would like to the "Our Work" part of your website directly from your NiceJob account. 😊 To do this head over to the stories page in your NiceJob dashboard, then click create story and upload the photo of your choice. Make sure you add the location and tag the service provided. This will improve your SEO over time. 🎊Check out this article here for step by step instructions:
Can I have additional pages?
Yes! Landing pages are great option if you would like additional pages. Landing pages are $15.00 USD per month per page. Landing pages can be added in your account under Settings>>Product Settings>> Landing Pages
What If I want pages I can edit myself?
While the main Body of the website and landing pages are completely managed by our team. A NiceJob CMS is a feature that allows you to create and manage parts of your website content by yourself.
Will the developers make ANY changes?
At NiceJob, we prioritize the overall health and performance of your website above all else. We work hard to ensure your site reflects your brand’s look and feel while helping you stand out from the competition.
