What is the NiceJob 'Get Repeats' Campaign?
The NiceJob 'Get Repeats' campaign helps you win more repeat business from your customers. It automatically sends messages to your existing customers after their last service appointment, encouraging them to re-book your service.
How do I turn on my Campaign?
To get more repeat business, login to NiceJob and go to Campaigns. From here you can select 'Get Repeats'. This will take you to the set-up page where you can customize the timeframe when messages go out to customers after their last service and edit the content of the campaign messages if desired. As long as you have any one of our app automations that sends Booking, Payment or Invoice data, you can automate the campaign 😃
**Important: Please make sure you have your phone number inputted in the Company Phone field in your Company Settings page. We pull this number into your campaign messages for your customers to contact you.**
If you have a booking/scheduling link from Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Responsibid or Mindbody, you can add this directly into the content of your campaign messages for customers to make their booking e.g. "or make a booking through our link here: https://clienthub.getjobber.com/booking/example". If you have an external booking link that you would like to add that is not one of the above, please contact support at support@nicejob.com and we would be happy to assist you.
Once you're done, select the "Activate now" button and that's it!
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we know a repeat service has occurred?
We track a repeat service through the data we import from the apps you connect to NiceJob. In some cases (such as HouseCall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Mindbody etc) we get Booking and Visit data and we know when a service has been scheduled by your customer. In other cases (such as Quickbooks, Square, Xero etc) we get Invoice and Payment data so we know when a service transaction has occurred between you and your customer. How many campaign messages are sent out to my customers?
If your CRM integration contains Booking or Visit events (HouseCall Pro, Jobber, Responsibid, Mindbody, ServiceTitan or Acculynx) we will send out 2 SMS messages and 2 Email messages.
If your CRM integration contains Payment, Invoice or Case events (Clio, FreshBooks, PayPal, QuickBooks, Square, Xero or Stripe) we will send out 1 SMS message and 1 Email. This is to prevent our system from sending out more campaign messages to clients after they have already rescheduled another service.
Can the timing of campaign messages be adjusted?
One of the reasons why NiceJob works so well compared to other software is because we maintain control over the schedule of when messages get sent to ensure that each message gets delivered at the perfect time. This is why we don't allow this to be customized.
Please note that messages never get sent less than 2 days apart.
What if I don't want to enroll specific customers?
As the Repeats campaign will only enroll customers that are already in your CRM, you can identify the customers you don't want to invite in your People tab and "Block" them, to ensure they don't get any messaging from us.
