Some Android users occasionally experience trouble accessing photos or the camera when sending review requests from the browser of the Android device. 

Often, this is due to the browser being denied access to the Camera and Photos/Media/Files. 

To change the settings for apps you've already downloaded use the Settings app on your device:

1. On your device, open your main Settings app.

2. Tap Apps or Application Manager (depending on your device, this may be different).

3. Select an app.

4. Scroll down to "Permissions."
