Step-by-step instructions

1. On the Stories tab click the 'Get a Review Button' and 'add a new contact'

2. Fill in your customers contact details and add a photo to increase your chance of them leaving you a review! 

3. Click 'Add and Invite' and you are good to go! Your customer will receive a text message immediately asking them to leave you a review followed by up to three follow up emails over the next 14 days.

Only send messages to customers that you have consent to communicate with through email and SMS under the applicable local privacy and anti-spam laws.
