What is an active customer and how do they affect my pricing tier?

The price of your NiceJob subscription can change depending on how many active customers are in your company ๐Ÿ˜Š
Your subscription price will update automatically once your active customers goes over certain thresholds, or goes back under! You can find out more about the different pricing tiers on our website here:

An active customer is a customer with an email address or phone number that has interacted with your company in the last 365 days ๐Ÿ“…

For example, inviting a customer to leave a review or sending them an invoice are both interactions that would cause your customer to become active ๐Ÿ“ฎ

A customer won't be considered active if they've only been added to your company and have not yet been interacted with ๐Ÿ‘
