Referrals Pro is an improved Referrals campaign with simplified sharing so that your customers can spread the word about your business with less effort, and more impact! 😃
NOTE: Referrals Pro is currently in Beta, and you will have to request access to the Beta before activating the campaign. The Beta is open to users with any Reviews subscription. After launch, an upgrade to Pro will be required to continue using Referrals Pro.
The Referrals campaign process, step-by-step:
The default rules for the Referrals campaign will automatically enroll your customer when they leave you a review of 4 stars or higher.
When first activated it will enroll customers who left you a review in the last 30 days to get you started 👌
Your customer will receive a series of messages from us with their custom referral link.
They can share their link to their friends/family in whatever method works best for them:
You get to determine where the referrals go:
To our referrals contact form
To your website
To your booking form
We will track how many people click your customer's link so you can see the results of each customer's referrals
After a customer has had 2 or more clicks on their referral link, they will be exited from the campaign and receive no further messages.
Editing the Campaign Settings
You can view and edit the content of your Referrals messages in the campaign here:

If the basic rules aren't meeting your needs, you can access the Advanced Rules Editor by clicking "Not meeting your needs?"
Advanced settings give you more control over campaign rules, messages, and timing, but they can be complex.
If you save with no changes or reset your campaign to default, you can return to the basic settings anytime.

The default destination for your referrals will be to our Referral lead form to collect their details:
After they submit their details they will be created as a Lead in your NiceJob account, and you will be notified by phone or email, based on your notification settings.
If you'd like to adjust the link destination, you can provide a custom link to send your referrals to here in Referrals settings:
How do I turn it on?
You can enable the Referrals Pro campaign in your account with your valid NiceJob Pro subscription here:

How can I see how it's performing?
There are two places for performance of your Referrals Pro campaign:
Campaign Insights
Located by clicking the Referrals Pro card in Campaigns
Referrals Insights
Located in Insights > Referrals > Pro
You can see how many referrers, link clicks and leads you've recieved.
You can also see the list of your top referrers 😃
