How to connect a review site
Navigate to Settings > Product Settings > Review Sites
Click Connect next to the review sites you want to collect reviews on and follow the on screen instructions.
And that’s it! Once your review site is connected, NiceJob goes to work for you:

How to Stop Asking for Reviews on a Specific Review Site (While Keeping It Connected)

Sometimes, you may want to route all customer review requests exclusively to a single profile (like Google) while keeping other platforms connected strictly for monitoring and sharing. 🎊
To leave a review site connected but, turn it off for the review ask:
Navigate to Settings > Product Settings > Review Sites . Click Manage next to the connect review site and turn that toggle to off. (green means it is on)
FAQ
What does optimize mean?
Toggling optimize on. removes friction from leaving reviews. If a customer hits a roadblock—like not being logged into Facebook—the system automatically suggests an easier alternative channel (like Google) where they can post in fewer steps.
Can I see what my review invite link looks like and see what my customer sees when they click the link in an invite?
Yes! Navigate to Settings > Product Settings > Review Settings . Here you can find your custom review invite link. To see what your customer sees click the link.
Can I respond to reviews from NiceJob?

I am having trouble connecting my Facebook or Google?
For Google and Facebook, make sure you are an admin on the account. Make sure your Google page is verified by Google and your Facebook page is public. 👍
Can I pick the order the review sites appear to my customers?
Yes! Simply toggle optimize off, and click and drag the review sites in the order you want them to appear. Please note NiceJob will always show the top two options and hide additional options under "other options".
