Reviews Insights gives you the information you need to understand how your business is performing in regards to your online reputation and proactively make changes to improve it.

You can find Reviews Insights under the Insights tab, or just click here.

Absolutely. You can select the date range that matters most to you using the date range selector at the top of the page, and even compare two different time frames to track performance over time.

You can have a birds eye view of all your company insights in one place, and even compare companies to get a better idea of where your reputation growth is coming from, or where needs improvement.

To navigate there, just click on the name of your business in the top left hand corner of the dashboard, and select 'All companies'.

Compare your locations side by side by clicking on the 'Companies' filter and then checking 'Compare'

Now, when you analyze your customer reviews, you can quickly know the positive or negative contributors (be it location, time period or review channel) and take measures to improve them.
