Depending on where you're wanting the photos to show up, different sizes might be preferable. For instance, Facebook shares always use 1.91:1, but our Stories widget has a range of display options from 9:16 to 16:9. 👍

The system chooses the display size based on shape of photo uploaded, and the size of the browsing window the visitor is using.

We recommend having more rectangular landscape photos when possible as they are more pleasing in the stories, and better for social media posts.
The amount of pixels is not very strict, as long as it's more than 400x400, that's ok, but it could be up to 2000+ on one side. 😊
