To give gifts, log into NiceJob and go to Campaigns, or select Gifts from the navigation. 🎁

Why should I use NiceJob to give gifts? Can't I give them by myself?
Gifting with NiceJob has the following advantages:
If you have a Jobber or Quickbooks integration, you can automate gifting so you don't have to think about sending gifts. 🤔

What kind of gifts can I give?
We're starting with a variety of gifts such as cookies, snacks and coffee or tea. 🍪 🍿 If we don't offer something that you'd like to gift, please let us know!
How much does this cost?
There is no additional charge for giving gifts through NiceJob. However, you will have to pay for the gifts you give.
Similar to how you need a paid Standard subscription to automate review invites, you will need a paid Standard subscription to automate gifting,
When do I pay for the gifts?
We will charge your card on file when you give a gift to your customers. 💳
Is it more expensive to gift through NiceJob than if I bought the gifts myself?
Although it is possible that some gifts may occasionally go on sale in other venues, we will never charge you more than the standard price. 💰
Can I send these gifts to my customers anywhere in the world?
Although we are working to enable international gifting, for now we only support US and CA companies who gift to their customers in US and CA. We cannot support at this time if you are based outside of US or CA, or have customers outside of US and CA.
Who has permission to give gifts?
Currently only account owners can give gifts. If you are not an account owner and would like to give gifts, please contact your account owner to start gifting. 🎁 😄
When will I be billed for the gifts I send?
Billing occurs when the recipient receives the first gift email for redemption.
What happens if the gift is not redeemed?
If the recipient hasn’t redeemed their Sugarwish, we’ll send up to three reminder emails—at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 17 days—making a total of four messages, including the original eCard. These reminders help ensure your recipient doesn’t miss out on their gift!
Will the gift expire?
The gift will always be redeemable using the original link, but no additional reminders will be sent. Since the gift does not expire, Sugarwish is unable to offer refunds for unredeemed gifts.
