How to connect Xero to NiceJob?

  1. Go to the Apps page in NiceJob's Product Settings: https://app.nicejob.com/settings/product/apps

  2. Click "Connect" on the Xero App listing

  3. Log in to your Xero account when prompted

  4. Authorize NiceJob to access your Xero data

  5. Select the Xero account that you want to connect

  6. You are connected! 🔌

What does the Xero connection do?

  • NiceJob will automatically import your list of contacts, past payments and past invoices.

  • By default, upon sending an invoice, NiceJob will automatically trigger a review request campaign to that customer 😃

  • NiceJob will sync all future invoice and payment events from Xero into NiceJob

Does Xero send employee data to NiceJob so my reviews can get automatically attributed to the right employee?

Yes! If you have employees assigned to invoices, that data is sent to us via the integration which allows us to automatically attribute reviews received to the right employee. Learn more about employee attribution and how you can make use of it here.
