How to connect PayPal to NiceJob?
Go to the Apps page in NiceJob's Product Settings: https://app.nicejob.com/settings/product/apps
Click "Connect" on the PayPal App listing
Log in to your PayPal account when prompted
Authorize NiceJob to access your PayPal data
Select the PayPal account that you want to connect
You are connected! 😃
What does the PayPal connection do?
NiceJob will automatically import your invoices as well as people and payments connected to an invoice.
By default, upon sending an invoice, NiceJob will automatically trigger a review request campaign to that customer 😎
NiceJob will sync all future invoices as well as people and payments connected to an invoice from PayPal into NiceJob

What happens if I do not have a customer or payment associated with an invoice?
Customer and payment data will only appear in NiceJob when it is associated with an invoice.
When can I expect campaign enrolment to begin after I have connected PayPal to NiceJob?
NiceJob imports all data at midnight, and will enrol customers at the same time. However, review invites won't be delivered until the next day.
How do I prevent invites from being sent to certain customers?
Unfortunately this is currently not possible with the PayPal integration because customers are always linked to an invoice and enrolment is immediately triggered.
What do I do if I think the connection is not working?
Just email us at support@nicejob.com or click the blue chat icon in the NiceJob app and let us know! We'll test it and make sure you're up and running.
Does PayPal send employee data to NiceJob so my reviews can get automatically attributed to the right employee?
Unfortunately not at this time. Learn more about employee attribution and other ways you can make use of it here.
Is there a limit to the amount of contacts NiceJob can import from PayPal upon connection?
No, there is no limit.
