Integrating NiceJob with DataCandy means you can automate the sending of review invites to your customers when a loyalty transaction is completed.

How to connect DataCandy to NiceJob
Go to the Apps page in NiceJob's Product Settings: https://app.nicejob.com/settings/product/apps
Click "Connect" on the DataCandy App listing
Log in to your DataCandy account when prompted
Select the DataCandy location that you want to connect to NiceJob
You are connected! 😃
What does the DataCandy connection do?
NiceJob will automatically import your list of customers and loyalty transactions where your customers have either accumulated or redeemed loyalty points. Please note that NiceJob will not import loyalty transactions that have been cancelled, and a customer will not be imported unless they have a payment record associated with them in DataCandy.
NiceJob will sync all future people and loyalty events (where your customers have either accumulated or redeemed loyalty points) from DataCandy into NiceJob.
By default, when a loyalty transaction occurs in DataCandy where a customer redeems or accumulates loyalty points, NiceJob will automatically trigger a review request campaign to that customer 😎
Customers that have revoked consent to be contacted in DataCandy will be 'Blocked' in NiceJob, which means they will not be invited to leave a review.

People - when there is a transaction where loyalty points are collected or redeemed:
*Please note: If a customer withdraws message consent in the DataCandy platform we will automatically block that person in NiceJob so they do not receive communications on behalf of your business
Payments - when there is a transaction where loyalty points are either collected or redeemed.
What do I do if I think the connection is not working?
Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click the blue chat icon in the NiceJob app and let us know! We'll test it and make sure you're up and running.
How do I prevent invites from being sent to certain customers?
You can Block customers in NiceJob to prevent them from receiving review invites. To do this, go to the People Page, click on the customer's profile that you want to block, click on the three dots next their name, and select 'Block'.
How do I remove the connection?
Simply click 'manage' next to DataCandy in your app settings and then click disconnect.
Does DataCandy send employee data to NiceJob so that my reviews can get automatically attributed to the right employee?
