What is the NiceJob review option

We offer the NiceJob review option as a convenient alternative for customers who do not have accounts on Google, Facebook, or other review sites. πŸ‘ With that being said, at NiceJob, we understand that not all of our customers want to include NiceJob as an alternative option for reviews. Therefore we have included an feature to turn off including the NiceJob option in your review sites list. πŸ™

Turning off NiceJob as a Review Option

If you prefer not to include the NiceJob review option on your website, you can easily disable it. πŸ“΄ Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Product Settings > Review Sites

  2. Click Manage next to NiceJob and toggle the switch to Off (Green means it's on).

  3. Click Save. βœ…

Once you've completed these steps, the NiceJob review option will no longer appear when your customer clicks the review invite link. 🎊 This ensures that customers will no longer have the option to leave a review through NiceJob and will instead be directed to your preferred review sites.

How to test the review invite link to make sure it is off

If you'd like to see what your customers experience when they click the review invite link or test to ensure the NiceJob review option is off, you can use your custom review invite link. Here's how to find it:

  2. Click the link

This will take you on the journey your customer goes on when the click the link in the review invites. 😊

(Remember to check under 'Other Options' to confirm that the NiceJob option is no longer available.)

A few reasons you might want to leave the NiceJob review option on

  1. No Account Necessary
Review sites like Google require an account, but not every customer has one. The NiceJob review option only requires an email, allowing you to capture feedback from customers who do not have a Google account.

  2. Anonymous Reviews
Some customers prefer to leave reviews anonymously. Review sites like Google display the name associated with the account, which may deter some customers. NiceJob provides a great alternative for those who want their feedback to remain anonymous.

  3. Multiple Reviews
Some customers may have already left a Google review but would like to leave another one. Google only allows one review per account. For customers who wish to leave more than one review, the NiceJob option offers a convenient alternative.
