Take advantage of the NiceJob integration with UEAT to streamline and simplify your Restaurant processes!
The connection with UEAT is activated within the UEAT platform.
How to set-up the integration:
Be sure you have both an active UEAT account and either be on a trial for NiceJob, or on our Reviews or Pro plan.
Once that is taken care of, go to the UEAT BackOffice, using your admin credentials to access the headquarter.
From the left-hand menu, under the Integrations section, click on “Customer Experience”.
Next, enable the Customer Reviews feature and select NiceJob as the provider.
The system will display all the restaurant locations associated with your brand.
You need to configure the integration for each location where you want to enable NiceJob for review management. Follow these steps for each location.
Next to each location, click the Configure button.
This will open a new screen where you can input your NiceJob credentials.
If you are unsure about your NiceJob credentials, please contact NiceJob Support.
Select the appropriate location that you would like to link.
You should see a confirmation message indicating that the location is successfully integrated with NiceJob.
The status of the location will be updated in the table.
Repeat the configuration process for your next location, if needed.

Can I stop a customer from being sent a review?
Not at this time, but we’re working on it! Don’t worry, though. Our system recognizes repeat customers and will not send your customers more than one review invite within six months.
Why are my customer accounts failing to sync with NiceJob?
Check and see if the customer has an email address in the UEAT platform. This is a required field to connect and be enrolled in the NiceJob Get Reviews campaign. If you would still like to send the customer a text review, you can enroll them in the campaign in the NiceJob platform using the 'get a review’ button in the stories page.
How can I tell if the integration is working?
Inside the UEAT Platform, there is a status indicator that shows whether a location is configured with NiceJob or not. When a location gets an order, UEAT will send the order details to NiceJob one hour after the customer receives their meal which will trigger the review invite.
