Campaign Templates make it easier than ever to manage and scale your NiceJob campaigns. Whether you’re launching your first campaign or managing multiple locations for your brand, campaign templates help you stay consistent, save time, and apply what works, Fast ⏩

What Are Campaign Templates?

Campaign Templates are pre-built or saved versions of your campaigns that you can apply, and reuse anytime. Instead of building each new campaign from scratch, you can now select a ready-made template or use your own custom saved setup to get started in seconds. 🤓

Templates include both message content and enrollment rules, so your campaigns run exactly how you want them to.

Using Default Templates

In the Campaign Editor page, click on More, then Switch Template.

You’ll see options to choose from default templates — these are best-practice campaigns built by NiceJob to help you get results quickly. 👍

You can:

  • Replace your existing default campaign with a new template that fits your goals.

  • Or, launch an additional custom campaign alongside your default one.

Each template includes suggested messaging, timing, and enrollment rules that you can tweak to match your tone and workflow.

Simply select the campaign you'd like, and follow the prompts to load it into your Campaign 😃

  • If you only want to change the content (words) of the campaign and do not want to disturb your campaign enrolment rules deselect entry and exit rules.

    • This will ensure only the messages are updated.

  • If you only want to change the rules of the campaign and do not want to disturb the content, deselect messages.

If you don't want to disrupt your default reviews campaign, make sure you start with a new campaign on the campaigns tab!

Creating and Saving Your Own Templates

Found a campaign setup that works perfectly for your business? Save it as your own template! 💾

From your campaign’s "More" settings, select “Save as new template”.
You can then:

  • Give your template a name and description.

    • Your new template will now be visible in the same dropdown as our Default Templates so you can select it and apply it to any other company within the same Account!

  • Find it anytime in your Account Settings → Campaign Templates

  • Apply it to any company in your account with just a few clicks by finding it in your templates below the default templates.

    • This is great for saving the perfect wording if you ever want to change it.

This is especially useful for businesses with multiple locations or for teams that want to roll out consistent campaigns across accounts.

Sharing Templates

You can also share your campaign templates, either with other users in your account or with entirely different accounts.

This makes it easy to:

  • Distribute best-practice campaigns across a team or franchise network.

  • Collaborate with partners or colleagues using the same proven campaign setup.

  • Help others get started quickly by sharing what’s already working for you.

Templates saved in your account will automatically be available for other users in your account, no extra steps required! 👌

If you'd like to share to another user/account, head to your account settings and click the copy button beside the template you'd like to share:

Your friend will just need to use the "Import" button in their Campaign Templates and apply your campaign code. Voila!
Then they’ll be able to apply your shared template directly to their campaigns.
