The connection with FieldPulse is activated within the FieldPulse platform.
Ensure you are logged in to your FieldPulse account, then click the link above or navigate to Company Settings > Features & Plugins > 3rd Party Integrations from within your FieldPulse account. Simply click the green "Enable" button under "NiceJob Review Management" and follow the authentication instructions to connect your NiceJob company account to FieldPulse!
Once the integration has been enabled within FieldPulse, navigate back to the above page where the green enable button should now be red and say "Disable", indicating that the integration has been activated.
What does the FieldPulse connection do?
Sync your FieldPulse contacts with NiceJob so you don't have to spend needless time entering them in both spots! FieldPulse automatically imports historical contacts into NiceJob upon connection as well. To learn more about how to manually import existing customers into NiceJob, click here.
NiceJob syncs instantaneously with FieldPulse. When you change customer contact information in FieldPulse, it updates in NiceJob. When you get customer referrals through NiceJob, those leads automatically come into FieldPulse for you to follow up.
Every time you close a job in FieldPulse, NiceJob will automatically follow up with an invitation to review each job. Upon clicking "Yes", NiceJob will enroll the customer in a campaign and then once a review has been submitted by them, share reviews from across the web to your Google My Business listing, Facebook page, and pages on BBB, HomeAdvisor, City Search, YellowPages, and more.
FieldPulse customer events will be used to trigger review and referral requests. These trigger events also carry employee attributions so users can see which of their employees and technicians are receiving the most and/or best reviews and referrals.
What makes our FieldPulse integration unique?
When automating the ask for reviews within our FieldPulse integration, businesses have full control over which customers get asked for a review following the completion of a job. Once a job is marked as complete in FieldPulse, you can choose whether you'd like that customer to be enrolled in a NiceJob campaign or not. To prevent review invites from being sent, simply choose "No".
Our integration removes the need for manually setting up and filtering out unwanted review invites and instead, automatically provides businesses with the option to include or exclude that customer from enrolling in a campaign every time they complete the job within FieldPulse - streamlining the process for removing unwanted customers in a much more seamless manner!

Does FieldPulse send employee data to NiceJob so that my reviews can get automatically attributed to the right employee?
Yes! When a job is created and saved within FieldPulse, this event and its information is automatically imported into NiceJob, including attribution of the employee that booked the job. Learn more about employee attribution and other ways you can make use of it here.
