Note: The email and phone number that these notifications are sent to are determined by the contact information you have listed in your personal settings.

In the NiceJob app, you will be notified by SMS whenever a new lead comes in.

Email notifications will be sent to you when new leads or reviews come in.

Email reports will be sent to your email inbox with weekly opportunities, monthly opportunities, and monthly website performance. 📬

Weekly opportunities: Your weekly total of new review, new photos, new invitations, and new shares.

Monthly opportunities: Your monthly total of new review, new photos, new invitations, and new shares.

Monthly website performance: If you have a Convert site with us, you will get a summary of your monthly website performance summary which includes your conversion rate, total number of visitors, visitors, phone calls, and web leads.

To turn off your notifications, simply uncheck the box next to the type of notification in your notifications settings.
