The connection with FieldPulse is activated within the FieldPulse platform.
Ensure you are logged in to your FieldPulse account, then click the link above or navigate to Administration > Features & Plugins > 3rd party integrations page from the top right corner drop down menu within your FieldPulse account. Simply click the green "Enable" button under "NiceJob Review Management" and follow the authentication instructions to connect your NiceJob company account to FieldPulse!
Once the integration has been enabled within FieldPulse, navigate back to the above page where the green enable button should now be red and say "Disable", indicating that the integration has been activated.
Click the "Settings" button beside "Disable" and ensure the "Trigger Popup on Job Completion?" setting is set to "Yes", which is required for the integration to work.
What does the FieldPulse connection do?
Sync your FieldPulse contacts with NiceJob so you don't have to spend needless time entering them in both spots! Please note, FieldPulse does not automatically import all customer contact into to NiceJob upon connection, only ongoing booking and contacts moving forward.
