NiceJob uses message campaigns to help you meet your goals. For example, when you send a review invite to a customer, we enroll them in a campaign called Get Reviews.
Here's how it works:
Your customer receives an initial text message as soon as you send them a review invite.
They will then receive up to three follow up emails reminding them to leave them a review over the next 14 days.
A customer exits the campaign as soon as they leave a review or when they have received all of the messages
You can see all of the campaign messages in your campaigns tab!
