We know you're busy and don’t have time to analyze tons of data to answer the important question: Is my website performing? So, we make that easy for you with Sites Insights!

Metric to see how your website performs.

  • Total Leads

This shows how many leads, including phone calls and web form submissions, you’ve won through your website during the selected time frame. It’s a great way to track how well your site brings in new customers!

  • Visitors

This tells you how many people have visited your website within the chosen time frame. Simple, right?

  • Conversion Rate

Your conversion rate shows the percentage of visitors who turned into leads during the selected time period. It’s a key measure of how well your site convinces visitors to contact you instead of leaving.

How it's calculated: Leads ÷ Visitors = Conversion Rate.

The average conversion rate is 3.8%*, so we use this as a standard to help you determine your site's performance.

Where are your visitors coming from?

  • Organic

Visitors who found you via a search engine like Google.

  • Direct

People who typed your website address directly into their browser.

  • Referral

Visitors who came from another website, such as a directory or blog.

  • CPC

Stands for "Cost-Per-Click" and refers to traffic from paid ads.

Note: Source data is only available for web leads and people who filled out the form on your site, and it doesn’t include phone calls.

Now you’ve got the scoop on what each insight means! We're here to assist if you have any questions or need help interpreting your data. 😊
