We know you are busy, and don't have time to spend sifting through tons of data to get to the answer to the important question: is my website performing? So, we make that easy for you with Website Insights!

To make it even easier, we have laid out what each insight tells you below, so you know what you need to know about your website performance.

Total Leads

This metric tells you how many total leads you have won through the website (including both phone calls and web form submissions) during the time period selected in the date picker.

Visitors

This tells you how many visitors you have had to your website during the time period selected in the date picker.

Conversion rate

This is the percentage of people that converted from a visitor to a lead during the time period selected in the date picker. It is how you know that the investment you have made in driving traffic to your website is paying off, because they are contacting you for your service instead of bouncing off elsewhere.

This metric is calculated by dividing the number of leads by the number of visitors. Industry average conversion rate is at 3.8%* so we help you know how your website is performing by benchmarking it against industry standard.

By source

Organic

These are people that have navigated to your website via a search engine

Direct

These are people that have navigated to your website by typing your website address directly into the URL bar

Referral

These are people who have navigated to your website from another website, e.g. a directory or blog

CPC

This stands for "cost-per-click" and relates to traffic and conversion that has come from paid ads

Please note that source data can only be captured for web leads (people that clicked on the web lead form) and does not include phone leads (people that called the number listed on the website)
