Call tracking is an essential feature for your websites that helps us measure and track your true website conversion rate. By choosing a call tracking number, we can see exactly how many people call from your site, giving us valuable insights into how effectively your website converts visitors into leads.

Without call tracking, it’s much harder to gauge your website’s success because we won’t have accurate data on the number of calls generated. This makes it difficult for us to improve your site’s performance proactively.

Additional benefits of call tracking:

  • Call Logs: Call tracking logs all phone calls for future reference in the app.

  • Call Recording: You can even record live calls for quality assurance or to revisit specific details later. You just need to activate this feature from within the app.

Optional but highly recommended: Call tracking is entirely optional, but we definitely recommend it to help optimize your website’s conversion potential.

Referral Source Tracking

Our call tracking provides a single tracking number for your website, so it doesn’t track the referral source of each call (e.g., Google Ads campaigns). If you need to track referral sources, we suggest using a third-party solution like CallRail.

Here’s how you can integrate it:

  1. Request that we add the third-party dynamic number replacement code to your NiceJob website.

  2. Forward the third-party call tracking number to your NiceJob call tracking number.

This setup allows us to continue accurately tracking your call volume and conversion rate while also letting you track referral sources.

Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help! 😊
