Review Matching: If a Customer scans your code and leaves a review within 10 minutes, NiceJob will attempt to match that review to the Customer in your CRM who had a job or payment recorded today or yesterday.

You can see exactly how your QR codes are performing by visiting the Insights page. We track:
Total Scans: How many times your code has been opened.
Click Rate: The percentage of people who scanned and then followed through to a review site.
Reviews Won: The number of reviews successfully submitted through the QR link.
Average Rating: See the quality of reviews coming specifically from your in-person interactions.
