The Leaderboard has been completely redesigned to give you a more accurate and motivating way to track how your employees contribute to your business’s reputation. By adding better tracking and performance metrics, you can drive accountability and reward the staff members who are truly moving the needle.
What’s New in Leaderboard V2? ✨
We’ve moved beyond a simple review count to provide a full summary of your team’s impact. The new Leaderboard includes a summary section that highlights:
Total reviews
Average rating (now weighted to the number of reviews for better accuracy)
Active team count
Understanding the Metrics 📊
The table now provides a deeper breakdown of how reviews are generated, allowing you to see the difference between proactive effort and automated success.
Manual Invites: Shows reviews that resulted from a team member manually clicking "Invite" within NiceJob.
Auto Invites: Shows reviews that were automatically attributed based on job data from your connected CRM.
Review Breakdown Tooltip: Hover over a score to see a breakdown of manual, auto, and organic reviews for that specific employee.
Compare Mode: Track your progress by viewing percentage changes in performance between your current and previous periods.
Managing Your Team 👥
In previous versions, managing your list was a challenge. With V2, you have full control over who appears on your board.
Archive and Deactivate: You can now remove or archive employees who are no longer active with your company.
Hidden List: View an archive list of deleted or hidden employees to keep your active board clean and relevant.
How Attribution Works 🧠
Reviews are attributed to your team members in two primary ways:
Manual Attribution: You can manually attribute reviews to team members in he stories tab.
Automated Attribution: By connecting a CRM like Jobber or Housecall Pro, NiceJob uses job and invoice data to automatically attribute the resulting review to the technician who completed the work.
Action Attribution: When a team member is logged into their NiceJob account and sends a direct invite to a Customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see a Leaderboard for all my locations at once?
We have intentionally excluded an "all companies" view for the Leaderboard. We believe comparing employee performance across different locations with varying job volumes wouldn't be fair to your team.
Is there a way to see exactly who an employee invited?
Not yet, but if you'd like to see this, let us know!
