NiceJob offers several convenient ways to add customers to your profile and enroll them into campaigns, whether you prefer full automation or manual control.
There are three main ways to send a review invite:
Automated with CRM
In bulk from the People page
One by one from the Stories page
Below is your complete guide to setting up each method! ✨
1. Automated Enrollment (CRM & Integrations) 🤖
Automating customer enrollment saves time and ensures no customer is missed! NiceJob connects with a wide variety of CRMs, field service management tools, accounting platforms, and business software.
Automatic Sync: When you connect your software, NiceJob automatically enrolls customers whenever a key trigger event occurs. For example, marking a job finished, completing a visit, or receiving an invoice payment! 🎉 The trigger depends on the CRM you use.
To connect your CRM: Navigate to Settings>>Product Settings >> Apps
For CRM connections established in NiceJob, simply find your CRM, click Connect next to it, and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
For connections established to NiceJob directly within your CRM, click How it works and follow the step-by-step guide to log in to your CRM and set up the integration from there.

Upload a CSV file 📁
You can upload a list of your customers weekly or monthly and invite them through the People tab to make things easier Here is how to do that:
1. Prepare Your CSV File:
You will need to save the excel file in a CSV format. Save the spread sheet using Save AS, and select CSV as the file format. Additionally. the file will need to follow this set of rules: 😄
The first row has column labels
The file contains emails in a column labeled Email
The file contains phone number in a column labeled Phone
The file contains names in a column labeled First name or Name
Other accepted column labels are Last name, Company, Position, Phone, Address or Street, City, State or Province, Postal code or Zip, and Country.
⚠️ Important Labeling Requirement: Column header labels must match exact terminology for the upload to succeed. For example, using "Phone number" instead of "Phone" will cause the file to be unable to read the column properly. First name or Name, and Email are both Required.
2.Upload Your File:
Head over to People > Import Contacts and upload your formatted CSV file. 📊
3.Enroll Your List:
Once your list is imported, select those shiny new contacts on the People page and click Enroll! 🏷️️

Manually from the Stories Page
If you wanted to be in full control of your invites you can send them out manually, and ideally add in a photo of your work! 😃
Navigate to the Stories tab.
Click Invite Customer
Select the campaign you want to enroll the customer in.
Find or add the customer by searching their name or email, or by clicking Add New Contact to add a new contact. 👤
Then click invite 🎊
