Understand how our unsubscribe feature works for your customers

Allowing customers to easily let us know when they don't want to receive any more campaign messages is crucial for happy, respectful (and compliant!) customer communication. 😊

We do this in the following ways:

Unsubscribing from campaign text messages

Customers can easily unsubscribe from campaign text messages by replying with any of the following words: cancel, end, quit, stop, stopall, unsubscribe.

Customers can opt back into messages by replying with : start, unstop, yes.

Unsubscribing from campaign emails

Customers can easily unsubscribe from campaign emails by clicking on 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of the email.

When a customer unsubscribes from either the text message or the email we prevent all campaign messages going out to them until they explicitly give their consent for us to do so again (such as opting back into text messages by replying with : start, unstop, yes). For example, if they opt out of text messages we unsubscribe them from emails too and vice versa. If they opt out of messages from one campaign (e.g. Reviews) we unsubscribe them from all other campaigns too (e.g. Referrals).
