After Activating AI Replies in your account, you'll see an updated reply icon on Google Reviews in your Stories tab 🌟
Clicking this will automatically prompt a Review Reply from our AI system to fill into the box for you 😃
Give it a read and if you're happy, just hit Reply!
If you're looking to get more out of your replies, you can customize your replies in the Ai Reply settings in account here:

You can choose:
Tone
Voice
Length
After you've made your selection, any new generated replies will use your updated selections to customize your replies 😃
Tired of having to reply to each review yourself? Then simply turn on auto-reply with our Pro plan!
On the bottom of the settings page you can find this section:
You can select which reviews you'd like it to reply to automatically, and set it to "On".
Just remember to Save your settings on the top of the page once you're done! 🙏

Q. When will auto-reply reply to my reviews?
A. Auto-reply will reply to all reviews from the past 24h every day around 6pm EST.
Q. Can I auto-reply to historical reviews?
A. Auto-reply will reply to the reviews from the 24h leading up to you turning it on, but it can't go back and reply to your historical reviews.
